About the Role
We are looking for a Guest Experience Concierge to join our Lemonade Collective team!
This role is so much more than a traditional front desk position. As the first person many members and guests see when they walk through our doors, you play a key role in creating the welcoming, supportive, and community-focused experience that makes LC special.
We are looking for someone who loves people, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in making others feel comfortable and cared for.
This is a maternity leave position with the opportunity to extend for the right person.
The position is Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 a.m.–3:30/4:00 p.m.
We understand life doesn't always fit perfectly into a schedule. If you need to leave closer to 3:10 p.m. for school pick-up, let's have a conversation. As a mom myself, I understand the importance of finding a schedule that works for everyone. There will be occasional days where staying until 4:00 p.m. is needed to connect with our evening team.

Responsibilities:
As our Guest Experience Concierge, you will:
- Welcome and assist members and guests in person, by phone, and through email with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage daily front desk operations with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Create and manage classes in Mindbody, including scheduling, enrolling members, and maintaining accurate information.
- Conduct No Sweat Intros—giving tours, learning about prospective members' goals, and helping them find the right LC services, classes, and memberships.
- Record accurate client notes in our booking software.
- Assist with opening and closing the pool.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Create and share engaging social media content.
- Support our lululemon retail space and wellness products.
- Assist with community events and special initiatives.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort learning new technology and software.
Experience in any of the following is an asset:
- Retail
- Event coordination
- Social media/content creation
- Fitness or wellness environments
