Job Summary
Eco Clean Pro is seeking a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented On-Call Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the cleanliness and upkeep of a variety of commercial and residential spaces on an as-needed basis. Your work will directly contribute to creating safe, welcoming, and healthy environments for clients, residents, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate tools and supplies.
- Complete janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Support specialized floor care tasks when required, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing using commercial-grade equipment.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs observed during cleaning duties.
- Follow established cleaning protocols, health and safety guidelines, and environmentally responsible practices in both commercial and residential settings.
- Use proper techniques and products for industrial or deep-cleaning tasks in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and cleaning supplies used to support accountability and inventory tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is strongly preferred.
- Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing is an asset.
- Exposure to industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or porter duties is considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and a positive, reliable work ethic.
