Ready for the challenge?
We're looking for individuals who don't wait to be told what needs to be done. Success in this role requires:
- Repetitive lifting of 20–40 lbs throughout the shift
- Working on your feet for extended periods
- Contributing to a fast-paced production environment
- Helping your team achieve daily production goals
- Taking initiative, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and stepping up when needed
- Demonstrating leadership through accountability, teamwork, and a willingness to lead by example, regardless of title
- Previous warehouse, forklift, manufacturing, labour, or production experience is an asset but not required
Your workday:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required during busy periods
