The Opportunity: We’re hiring an Experienced Construction Labourer for our Tsawwassen site, with work across the Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the rhythm of a job site and can step in with confidence. You’ll support carpenters, site supervisors, and trades while helping maintain a clean, efficient, and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Remove debris, sweep, vacuum, and manage materials Dig, rake, trench, and level ground Assist with forming sidewalks, driveways, and concrete prep Tie rebar accurately and consistently Operate skid steer or zoom boom (experience preferred) Mix, pour, and spread materials Support carpenters with cuts, measurements, and layout Work efficiently and professionally with the site superintendent
What You Bring: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong experience with power tools, including skill saws Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors Solid understanding of site safety and PPE Ability to read a tape measure accurately Reliable, punctual, and professional Pride in quality work and efficient execution
