Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workspaces
- Help with moving supplies, products, or materials within the site
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a secure environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Perform additional manual tasks as directed by supervisors to support ongoing operations
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting purposes
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities
