What you'll do
– Sell new and pre-owned Ford vehicles and own the customer from first hello to first drive off the lot.
– Create your own content. Shoot walkarounds, reels and posts that stop the scroll and bring buyers to your desk.
– Build a personal brand as the go-to Ford person in Muskoka.
– Chase leads across social, text, email and phone. Follow up faster than anyone else in the market.
– Bring ideas to the table. Test them. Keep what works.
– Hit and beat your monthly targets.
Who we're looking for
– Eager. You want to build something, not just clock in.
– An entrepreneur at heart. You treat your sales like your own business.
– Comfortable on camera and fluent in social media. You already know what gets likes, shares and comments.
– A creative thinker who solves problems instead of waiting for them to solve themselves.
– Great with people, in person and online.
– Valid Ontario driver's licence. Sales experience is a plus, hunger is a must.
