About the Role:

- Translate clinical service needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflow designs, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
- Partner closely with physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, care teams, Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-impact product initiatives.
- Design and optimize workflows across the care journey, including clinical intake, prescription processing, renewals, follow-ups, medication adherence, and patient education.
- Support the launch of new clinical programs and treatment categories by defining scalable product experiences and operational processes.
- Define and continuously improve clinical safety checks, escalation pathways, quality assurance processes, and operational metrics.
- Leverage data and customer insights to improve activation, conversion, service-level agreements (SLAs), retention, clinical efficiency, and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of AI-enabled clinical and operational tools, ensuring they are implemented safely, responsibly, and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prioritize initiatives by balancing patient impact, clinical quality, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure products meet regulatory, privacy, and clinical quality standards while delivering exceptional user experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, DO, or equivalent) or another relevant clinical qualification .

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy, Compliance, and Data teams.
- Strong physician-first mindset, with the ability to deeply understand clinical workflows and create simple, intuitive, and exceptional product experiences for physicians.
