Blackstone Homes Ltd is a Award Winning Semi - Custom home builder with 4 show homes in Edmonton. We are looking for Leasing Assistant/bookkeeper for our rental division to maintains leasing services by organizing office operations and proceedings. The duties includes-
General Office duties and responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating files and records
- Showing rental units to prospective clients
- Renters move in and move out
- Arranging appointments and managing calendars
- Handling bookkeeping tasks like invoicing entry, reconcile accounts monthly and issuing checks
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Proficiency with accounting and office procedures
- Oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Some leasing experience
- Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
