JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Answer incoming calls and greet office walk ins, answering questions and welcoming them in a professional manner.
· Manage and support all social media platforms in a consistent and timely manner
· Create spreadsheets and build pipelines of hot candidates and tracking for all contacts as needed; ie: Name, Phone, Email, Roles of Interest
· Assist and support Account Managers with all aspects of the recruitment process
· Create and maintain a Purchase Order (PO) log for all expenditures and reconciling monthly to ensure invoicing of such items
· Create reports from StaffTrak as needed and/or requested
· Create forms for Operations as required and/or requested
· Learn and assist with payroll as needed
· Compile summaries of weekly hours for progress draws with backup documentation
· Complete progress draws for review with Operations Manager
· Submit final progress invoice upon approval from client
· Track Contemplated Change Notices and Change Orders
· Track PO values to used funds
The Ideal Candidate will:
· Possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or other related field of study.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong sense of urgency and time management skills.
· Excellent ability to communicate effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to respect the confidential and private nature of the work being done
Candidate Criteria (Required)
· Candidate must be a new entrant into the workforce, are transitioning to a new career, or the unemployed or underemployed who are entering a new field.
· Candidate must have not previously participated in an NOHFC funded internship in the 2020 Mandate.
· Candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
· Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
· Once hired, the candidate must reside in the Northern Ontario community in which they are employed.
