Role: Service, maintain, and repair apartment security gates and garage doors. Installation of access control systems. Operator installation and door replacement. On-the-job training that focuses on quality, safety and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Providing service to overhead garage door and security gates
- Regular interaction with customers, including property managers, council members, other trades and personnel
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, carry out required repairs, and report back to management

Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in a relevant trade
- Valid driver’s licence (Class 5)
- Any relevant safety training tickets or certifications (CDI, Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, Standard First Aid)
