Dental Receptionist /Patient Care Coordinator
Modern, fully digital dental office located in North York is looking for a committed Dental Receptionist. This position is to fulfill shifts Mondays through Fridays starting on a part-time basis leading to full-time.

Responsibilities and duties:
Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact to patients.
Recording all patient information, such as medical history, insurance breakdowns
Performing administrative tasks such as patient check in/out, including processing insurance claims.
Communicate, schedule and manage patients’ appointments for treatment.
Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries in a timely manner
Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure the day is full, with limited gaps, ensuring efficient use of both Dentist and Hygienist(s) time
Treatment Coordination experience.
Qualifications and skills:
Must be fluent in English
Ukrainian/ Russian speaking is an asset
2+ years of experience in dental administration , treatment coordination , or dental assisting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Dental Practice Management Software. (Tracker)
Strong knowledge of dental practice processes with ability to adapt to workflows (scheduling, billing, insurance practices) is preferred
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with computers and technology
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with discussing financials.
Effective interpersonal skills and a professional and positive demeanor under varying stress levels
Team player.
Job Types: Part-time (leading to full-time)
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
