As a Busser you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive prompt, attentive service by delivering food quickly and accurately, keeping the dining room clean and organized, and supporting both our front-of-house and kitchen teams. Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and safely.
- Ensure every dish is presented correctly and meets quality standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Clearing and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout each shift.
- Refill water, assist with guest requests, and provide support to the service team as needed.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Help maintain a clean and organized service station and dining area.
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
- Able to lift trays, stand for extended periods, and perform physically active work.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
