We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team at a high-volume Italian restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining smooth service, supporting the service team, and ensuring every guest receives their dishes promptly and presented at the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, accurately, and with care
- Support servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
- Assist with bread service, water service, and guest needs throughout service
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Handle plates and equipment safely and professionally during busy service periods
- Anticipate the needs of both guests and the service team during peak hours
Qualifications:

- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
