Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining professional phone etiquette and guest interactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to use payment processing systems and terminals
- Knowledge of hotel operations or hospitality industry experience is advantageous
- Professional appearance and positive attitude essential for representing the hotel brand
- Opera Cloud experience is an asset
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
