Overview
We are seeking a Survey Construction Technical Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience converting field data into high-quality CAD drawings and plans, supporting project delivery for both field and office teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and proficiency in CAD and survey data management software.
- Draft legal and construction survey plans. Inclusive of Real Property Reports, Development Permit Surveys, legal plans, etc.
- Review engineering and architectural drawings for calculations and consistency
- Interpret field returns and review for quality control and assurance
- Improve process around plan production, quality assurance, and control
