Your role as an HRIS Analyst
Reporting to the Head of HR Administration and Payroll, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization and evolution of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). You will act as a functional expert supporting HR, payroll, OHS, managers and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, optimize processes and support decision-making through reliable and strategic HR information.
As an HRIS Analyst, you will:

Administer the HRIS and its various modules, ensuring proper functionality, configuration, updates, access management and data integrity;

Analyze and optimize HR processes, automate tasks and document best practices;

Act as a functional expert by providing user support, troubleshooting issues and delivering training sessions;

Develop reports, dashboards and HR metrics to support decision-making and ensure data accuracy and quality;

Participate in HRIS implementation and evolution projects in collaboration with IT teams and vendors, conduct functional testing, contribute to change management initiatives and support user communications;

Ensure HRIS functional governance, system compliance, protection of personal information and overall HR data quality.

Are you our next HRIS Analyst?

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, information technology or a related field;
-
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including HRIS administration, optimization or evolution of HR technology solutions;

You have a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, data management and/or information technology;

You have advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables);

You are familiar with platforms such as ADP, Dayforce, Cegid, DoneSafe, an ATS, as well as analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (an asset);

You have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills;

You demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, initiative and sound judgment;

You are highly organized, able to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;

You are recognized for your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
-
You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to collaborate with our English-speaking teams.
