Production Operator
Starting Rate: $23.43/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Forklift Operator
Starting Rate: $24.46/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Machine Operator – Sheetline
Starting Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hr based on experience, with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Production Team Lead
Starting Rate: $25.49/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Shelburne, ON – Water & Recycling Operations
Production Operator – Shelburne Water
Starting Rate: $21.22/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Production Operator – Forklift Certified – BMPR
Starting Rate: $25.24/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Production Team Lead – BMPR
Starting Rate: $26.27/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Shift: 12-hour continental shifts, nights only

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Depending on the role, we are interested in candidates with experience in:
- Production or manufacturing
- Forklift or material handling
- Plastics extrusion or machine operation
- Food, beverage, plastics, recycling, or packaging environments
Team lead, lead hand, or production leadership roles
