Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience working with electronic security systems, including alarm systems and video surveillance solutions.
Candidates with a background in electronics or related technical fields will also be considered, particularly those with experience supporting hardware and mobile apps for computer peripherals, networking equipment, cellular devices, smart home and IoT systems, or audio/visual (A/V) technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
- Answering phones and assisting with office duties
- Confirming appointments with customers
- Managing voicemail and email customer requests
- Booking service appointments
- Troubleshooting Customer issues over the phone
- Helping with CRM and technical issues for office staff
- Additional tasks as required
