Cresena Trading is part of a Dubai-based international food trading group with a strong reputation in global sourcing, private label manufacturing, and food distribution. Following our success in international markets, we are now expanding into North America and building our Canadian operations.
We supply cooking oils, cooking fats, ghee, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and foodservice businesses across Canada. Alongside our food business, we are investing heavily in artificial intelligence to improve sales, marketing, customer service, research, and business operations.
We're looking for an AI Prompt Engineer & AI Automation Specialist to help us build AI-powered workflows that make our business faster, smarter, and more efficient.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to get the best results from today's leading AI tools.
You'll design advanced prompts, build AI workflows, automate repetitive tasks, create AI-powered research systems, and help integrate AI into every part of our business.
You'll work directly with senior management to identify opportunities where AI can save time, improve decision-making, and generate new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimise prompts for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Build AI workflows for sales, marketing, customer support, research, procurement, and operations.
- Develop automated systems for competitor analysis, lead generation, and market research.
- Create AI-generated content for websites, LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentations, product catalogues, and marketing materials.
- Build AI assistants that support internal teams.
- Evaluate new AI tools and recommend technologies that improve productivity.
- Assist with CRM automation, document generation, and business process optimisation.
- Work with APIs and automation platforms where appropriate.
- Train staff on the effective use of AI tools.
- Stay current with the latest developments in generative AI and automation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to consistently produce high-quality outputs.
- Experience with AI workflow automation.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve business problems using AI.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to experiment with new technologies.

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

- Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
