As part of the migration of our electronic files to a new platform, we are currently seeking a person who will assist with validating the contents of our records and removing outdated or unnecessary information.
Main Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Enter text and various data from manuscripts or other sources.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries, lists, and documents.
- Review electronic documents, identify and document their contents using appropriate tools.
- Compile data, perform simple calculations, and prepare reports.
Additional Responsibilities
The candidate may also be required to perform other duties related to the position of Office Agent, Class II, including:
- Completing forms, records, purchase orders, form letters, notices, or other similar documents and sending them when required.
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls; taking and relaying messages and faxes.
- Providing general information by telephone or in person.
- Greeting visitors and directing them as needed.
- Completing reports related to telephone calls and recording messages for the answering system.
- Photocopying documents when required.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.
