Overview
Chilliwack Autoglass & Upholstery is a long-established family-owned business serving the Fraser Valley. We are seeking an experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our team on an initial 9-month contract, with the potential for permanent employment.
We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Windshield replacement and repair
- Door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and vent glass installation
- Processing and handling ICBC claims
- ADAS calibrations and diagnostic equipment operation
- Glass cutting, sizing, and grinding
- Vehicle inspections and quality control checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting customers in a professional manner
- General shop duties as required
QualificationsPreferred Experience
- Auto glass installation experience
- Experience with ICBC claims and procedures
- Experience with ADAS calibrations
- Experience using Autel or similar diagnostic equipment
- Experience cutting and fabricating glass
- Valid BC Driver's Licence

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry automotive glass safely up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation
- Competitive wage based on experience
- Full-time position
- Initial 9-month contract
