As we continue expanding throughout Ontario and Alberta, we're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-focused professional to join our growing team as a Healthcare Partnerships & Territory Representative.
This is more than a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, creating lasting partnerships, and representing an innovative healthcare company within the community.

About the Role
As a Healthcare Partnerships & Territory Representative, you will serve as the face of Pharmacia2Go within your territory. You will be responsible for both growing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing pharmacy and healthcare partners.
This role combines client relationship management, territory development, networking, community engagement, and healthcare partnership growth.
You'll spend your time visiting clients, attending industry events, conducting presentations, introducing prospective partners to our solutions, and ensuring our existing relationships remain strong and productive.
What You'll Be DoingClient Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain assigned pharmacy and healthcare partner accounts.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with clients (minimum two visits per month per assigned account).
- Build strong working relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, staff, clinic administrators, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure partner satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Gather market intelligence and industry insights from clients and partners.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts.
Business Development
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct product and service presentations for prospective partners.
- Schedule and attend sales meetings and demonstrations.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Help negotiate and secure new service agreements.
- Support company growth initiatives and territory expansion objectives.
Community Engagement & Events
- Represent Pharmacia2Go at trade shows, conferences, networking events, and community functions.
- Assist with organizing educational seminars, client appreciation events, and promotional activities.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the company and its brand.
Operational Support
- Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with delivery personnel and healthcare partners to ensure excellent service experiences.
- Assist with training and onboarding support initiatives when required.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territories.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Proficiency with email, basic business software, and CRM systems is an asset.
Work Environment
- Approximately 70-80% field-based, meeting clients and partners in person.
- Approximately 20-30% remote, working from home and managing administrative activities.
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs and territory requirements.
Travel outside your primary territory may occasionally be required, including trips to cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, and other locations as needed.
All approved business travel expenses, accommodations, and mileage reimbursements will be covered by the company.

Full-Time Opportunity
Successful candidates may transition into a full-time role following demonstrated performance and business needs.
Compensation Range:
$40,000 - $75,000+ annually

Performance Expectations
