We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional laser hair removal and skin treatment services in a safe, hygienic, and customer-focused environment. Duties
- Perform laser hair removal and skin treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area, adhering to all health regulations.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure safety.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up communications efficiently.
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated according to manufacturer specifications.
Skills.
- Experience in laser hair removal by Candela Gentle Max Pro is preferred
- Perform treatments including HydraFacial , chemical peels, and laser services (comprehensive training and orientation provided)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures within a medical or spa environment.
- Retail sales experience to effectively promote skincare products and treatment options.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and post-treatment care clearly.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail to ensure safety protocols are followed meticulously during treatments. Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
