Job Summary
We are seeking responsible and professional Motor Coach Operator to provide safe and reliable transportation services. The ideal candidate will operate motor coaches, ensuring passenger safety and comfort while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service. The Motor Coach Operator will play a vital role in delivering a positive travel experience for all passengers.
Duties
- Safely operate motor coaches on scheduled routes, adhering to time schedules and traffic regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper functioning of all systems
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage handling as needed
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers, providing updates or addressing concerns promptly
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents that occur during shifts
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license suitable for operating large vehicles
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
- Strong communication skills in English for clear interaction with passengers and team members
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive travel experience for passengers
- Ability to operate and maintain motor coach equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures related to large vehicles is a plus
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations professionally

Pay: $250.00-$500.00 per day
