ServcoCanada Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Gillam, Manitoba project to join our dynamic team. This role will initially require approximately four months on-site in Gillam, working a two-week on/two-week off rotation, followed by regular office hours in Winnipeg during the winter months, and a return to site from approximately May through October.
This role is pivotal in overseeing project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our high standards of quality. The Project Manager will play a key role in fostering collaboration among our diverse team of tradespeople and specialists.

As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various teams, including tradespeople, engineers, and site logistics specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for projects.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
- Travels to job site.
The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization
- Resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area
- Valid driver's license and own transportation as bus transportation is not available
- Willingness to travel to the job site in Gilliam, Manitoba and work a 2 week on/2 week off rotation
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices is essential.
- Experience with CMiC Software and Advanced Excel skills is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
