Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Form Truck Driver to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating form trucks to transport and set up formwork materials on various construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including concrete forming, and renovation tasks, contributing to the successful completion of sidewalk structures. If you have a experienced Helper that you prefer that's required as well.
Duties
- Safely operate form trucks to deliver formwork materials to construction sites
- Assist with the installation and removal of rebar, concrete forms, and other structural components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to assemble and disassemble formwork systems
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor related to concrete forming
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout all tasks
- Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a construction environment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations on construction sites
- Valid driver’s license with Q Endorsement, clean driving record; experience operating form trucks preferred
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina for working in outdoor environments under various weather conditionsThis position is integral to our construction operations, requiring a versatile skill set that combines technical knowledge with practical hands-on experience. Pay: $27.00-$34.00 per hour
