ZEHONG CANADA is looking for an Ocean Import Coordinators.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle FCL Ocean Import. Track and trace shipments to final destinations, including audit invoice, cost, arrange delivery, etc
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle and resolve all issues with clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Ocean import shipments.
- Good knowledge of North America logistics.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Experience coming from a very fast paced environment
- Experience coming from a high volume email a day environment and knowing how to prioritize
- Strong time management, able to prioritize tasks, communication skills
- Ability to provide quality service for our customers by understanding their needs and requirements . Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
