We’re currently looking to welcome another CPA to our Russell office!
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain high-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Prepare and deliver financial statements according to firm and regulatory standards.
- Handle the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
- Lead and mentor staff, providing coaching and prioritizing development opportunities.
- Plan and execute assurance and accounting projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports, statements, and projections.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who has successfully obtained their CPA designation.
- Experience in public accounting, including audit, review and compilation engagements.
- Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns is required.
- Proficiency with accounting software, specifically CaseWare and Profile is an asset.
- Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A person with integrity and strong ethics that can be trusted with confidential financial information.
