Customer Delivery Representative
Responsibilities:
Customer service is of highest importance at Banditos, we strive to provide our customers “The Service You Deserve”. As a customer delivery representative, you will be responsible for performing deliveries by truck to customers around Lethbridge and surrounding area as well as establishing and maintaining these customer relationships. Other duties will include collecting orders from the customers, picking/packing/loading the orders, and various daily in store tasks when required. Responsibilities will include;
- Ensure customer orders are received prior to delivery date.
- Perform deliveries on the scheduled delivery date.
- Maintain a tidy and organized vehicle.
- Perform vehicle inspections when required.
- Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations to meet customer needs
- Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge
- Assist with Shipping / Receiving Tasks
Qualifications:
- Clean 3 year drivers abstract
- Sales Experience (not mandatory but an asset)
- Forklift Certified (will train right candidate)
- Computer skills
- Communication / Customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
