Toronto Diagnostic Centre is a leader in diagnostic imaging, providing advanced diagnostic services in a patient-centered environment. We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist with fluoroscopy experience to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations, including fluoroscopic procedures.
- Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses and patient management.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the examination process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and operated in accordance with safety, radiation protection, and infection control standards.
- Adhere to all regulatory and professional practice guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Radiation Sciences (Radiography) program.
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).
- Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience performing fluoroscopy procedures is required.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety principles and patient care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
- Previous experience in a diagnostic imaging clinic or hospital setting is an asset.
