Sampogna Law is a boutique litigation law firm that is seeking a professional and organized Legal Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software, and great customer service.

Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry with high accuracy, including updating client records
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area to create a welcoming environment
- Support other office staff with clerical duties including: faxing, copying, and inventory management
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards and provide friendly customer support
Requirements
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Prior front desk or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Teams, Outloook, Words)
- Understanding and knowledge of legal terms (assist with opening and closing matters, retainer agreements, introduction letters
This role is integral to maintaining an organized, professional front office that supports both clients and staff effectively.

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
