Crossroads Mobility Solutions is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on team member to join our growing medical equipment and mobility store.
We are a locally owned company serving Surrey, Delta, White Rock, and Langley, helping seniors and individuals with mobility challenges find the right equipment and support with care and compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Clerical tasks, paperwork, and posting of invoices/documents
- Greet and assist customers in our showroom
- Help clients choose appropriate mobility and medical equipment
- Prepare, clean, maintain, and distribute rental equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments on small pieces of equipment
- Assist with inventory organization and general shop duties
- Work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning about medical and mobility equipment
- Comfortable working with seniors and people with disabilities
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer and clerical skills
- Ability to lift and move lightweight to moderate equipment
- Experience in medical equipment, retail, healthcare, or customer service is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
