Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of products and systems efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or installation instructions to ensure accurate setup of products or systems.
- Install equipment, fixtures, or systems at customer sites following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform installations efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation, providing solutions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain installation processes and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each project.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to installations, including reports or checklists.
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation work, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical diagrams and instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment safely.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing).
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with safety protocols relevant to installation work is a plus.
Pay: $17.85-$38.05 per hour
