We are looking for an experienced or Junior Property Manager - Strata & Rental - for our Salmon Arm, Kelowna, Kamloops and Penticton office!
What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking a Junior Rental Manager for our Kamloops office. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. We are looking for someone who is:

The Position:
Based out of our Kamloops office, you will manage a mixed portfolio of rental properties in and around the Thomson Nicola / Shuswap regions. Experience with Rental Building Management is preferred. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tenant placement & relationship management – Ensuring high-quality service for both property owners and tenants.
- Day-to-day operational management – Overseeing maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
- Financial & administrative oversight – Handling property budgets, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:
- Confirmation of enrollment in the Rental Management Licensing course
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Services Act and tenancy regulations
- Valid BC Driver’s license.
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Career driven.
- Work from office position.
- Availability for evenings and weekends as and when needed.
- Able to legally work in Canada

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
