Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and treatments
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments and answering inquiries
- Promote retail sales by upselling skincare products and enhancing client satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
- Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, products, and industry trends
Skills
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and other esthetic services
- Strong retail sales skills with an ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a welcoming environment for clients
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail
