We're growing, and we're looking for our first apprentice.
Family-owned and tight-knit, we're a small operation with big ambitions. Our lead technician has 15+ years of field experience and a Red Seal and we're ready to grow the team.
What matters most to us isn't your year of apprenticeship — it's your mindset. We want someone who shows up, pays attention, and genuinely wants to learn the trade properly. If you're the kind of person who asks questions and takes pride in doing good work, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Working hands-on alongside our Red Seal technician on residential and commercial jobs
- HVAC and refrigeration installations, maintenance, and service calls
- Learning controls — wiring, troubleshooting, commissioning
- Real work, real sites, real learning
What we're looking for:
- Registered apprentice
- Your own tools and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Someone who shows up, listens, and wants to build a career in the trade

- Wage based on AIT apprenticeship ratio (~30 hrs/week to start)
