Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Shipper Receiver to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders, receiving inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse. Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- No weekends
- Overtime available when required
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and tablets.
- Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating counterbalance and/or reach trucks is an asset.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners, tablets, and warehouse software (RiteScan and SYSPRO experience are assets).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong attendance record.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
