Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, bar, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while managing multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, to ensure health standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; familiarity with serving and bartending is a plus.
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Hospitality background or related experience is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
