Large Format Production Operator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Large Format Print Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating large format printers and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality output for a variety of signage, graphics, and display products.
Responsibilities
Operate large format printers (AGFA and HP)
Perform color management and quality control checks
Load and unload various media types including vinyl, banner, fabric, rigid substrates, and specialty materials
Operate finishing equipment such as laminators, cutters, and CNC routers
Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
Ensure all jobs meet company quality standards and customer specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
Experience operating large format digital printing equipment
Knowledge of RIP software and print workflows
Familiarity with color matching and quality control procedures
Experience with laminating, trimming, mounting, and other finishing processes
Ability to read and interpret work orders and production files
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Experience with EnRoute, Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx, Caldera, or similar software is considered an asset
