Brand Ambassadors & Team Leader – St. John's Regatta
Join our team as we represent one of Canada's largest and most recognized coffee retailer brands at the St. John's Regatta! You'll help create an unforgettable experience by serving hot and cold coffee and chocolate beverages from our promotional truck while engaging with thousands of event attendees.

Event Details for Team Leader (1 Position)
- August 4 & 5
- Availability required: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Brand Ambassadors (2 Positions)
- August 5 only
- Availability required: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Serve beverage samples with enthusiasm.
- Create memorable customer experiences.
- Represent a premium Canadian brand professionally.
- Work outdoors in a fun, fast-paced event environment.
Team Leader responsibilities also include:
- Leading the event team.
- Picking up and returning the rental truck.
- Transporting event materials.
- Coordinating setup and onsite logistics.
- Providing event pictures and completing post-event report
What We're Looking ForBrand Ambassadors
- Friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (10–12 hours).
Team Leader
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in events, retail, hospitality, sales or a related field.
- Valid driver's licence with experience driving cargo vans or similar vehicles.
- Organized, dependable and confident leading a team.
Compensation
Brand Ambassadors: $21–$24/hour (bonus included)
Team Leader: $23–$26/hour (bonus included)
Rates are based on experience and reaching objectives.
