Refined Roofing Inc. is looking for a quality Torch-On Flat Roofing Sub-Crew.
We’re looking for an experienced sub-crew who takes pride in their work, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of torch-on flat roofing experience
- Own liability insurance
- Own equipment
- Strong knowledge of torch-on roofing systems and proper installation
- Reliable and able to complete jobs to a high standard
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and jobsite presentation
Bonus:
Experience with shingles, fascia, soffit, and freeze boards is a plus, but torch-on flat roofing experience is the priority.
Work Available:
Approximately 3–5 jobs per month, depending on demand and availability.
