ORCA EXPRESS is looking for DEDICATED OWNER OPERATORS to join our team in the lower mainland.
We are looking for professional and safety oriented owner operators to become a part of our growing fleet. We can also hire Individuals who are looking to get their own truck, helping them in a variety of ways such as selling them our units at a discounted price, splitting ownership of a new truck, etc...
We are looking for Owner Operators who have:
- Their own truck. (preferably a newer model)
- Experience as a truck driver.
- US visa. (eligibility to enter USA)
- Professional and positive attitude.

What you will do:
- Safely operate truck and trailer using authorized roadways.
- Complete thorough pre and post trip inspections.
- Follow all driver regulations based on Canadian and American legislation.
- Deliver freight safely and in a timely manner throughout Canada and the United States.
- Effectively communicate with dispatchers, shippers/receivers and customers.
- Provide proper documentation to dispatch when required.
- Always maintain a polite, courteous and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Class 1 license
- Clean abstract
- Ability to communicate in English
- Long-haul truck driving experience (1yr minimum)
- 6yr insurance claim history
