As an ambassador of The Keep Refillery Creemore, we will educate you about every single product we offer. If you don’t yet use it yourself, you must know how to use it and what benefits it provides. At The Keep, we believe in a “Mission first, Business second” approach.
Duties + Responsibilities include:
*Assisting customers throughout the refill process. Knowing the Products is a must - don’t worry, we will train you! This includes explaining how to use the product, weighing containers, filling containers and then checking out the customer.
*Greeting customers when they arrive in the store. We always explain our core values and what a Refillery actually is.
*Open + Close the shop (Be able to work alone)
*Restock as needed
*Receive inventory / price and input products into the POS system.
*Try + review products / educational purposes
*Cleaning / wash the floors and windows - dust when needed
*Pre-Label / Fill Containers
*Stamp Bags
*End of day cash out
*Keep the stockroom organized and clean
*Help with inventory when directed
*Social Media!!! Take photos of products for social media - post on insta stories and reels when directed
*Must arrive to work on time and with a positive, kind attitude - dressed appropriately
*Outgoing personality
*MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 20LBS

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour plus 30% in-store staff discount
