- Conduct site visits to inspect quality, perform safety assessments, and provide on-site direction when needed.
- Drive operational performance, improve processes, and support the growth of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or a related trades environment, with strong people leadership experience.
- A true “doer” with a hands-on mentality someone who is comfortable getting out on site and supporting the team when required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to build trust with clients.
- Highly self-disciplined and organized with the ability to work autonomously and stay organized.
- Strong ability to prioritize effectively and manage urgent versus important work.
