Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic FOH Supervisor-Trainee to join our dynamic restaurant team. This entry-level leadership role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in advancing their career within the food service and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess and ready to learn a passion for customer service, food industry knowledge, and leadership potential. As a FOH Supervisor-Trainee, you will be mentored to develop supervisory skills while gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations, food handling, and team management.
Duties
Specific Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.
- Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and have an amazing Wing'n it experience every time they visit!
- Consistent and organized.
- Responsible for opening and closing/crossover duties depending on your shifts
- Keep up to date on Wing'n It specials, practices and communication with managers.
- Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Wing'n It brand standards of quality and specification.
- Upselling and meeting team targets to ensure the best customer experience.
- Helping to maintain takeout and delivery excellence.
- Creative freedom encouraged for menu items and merch.

Skills
- Previous experience or familiarity with food service, restaurant management, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Leadership qualities with an interest in supervising or managing teams
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a positive work environment

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
