We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Clerk to join our team. As a Receptionist/Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic accounting functions, general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
-posting time tickets and automobile sale transactions, 'car and truck deals'
- Provide support to the administrative team as needed
Skills:
-basic accounting and book keeping skills
- prior automobile Dealership experience an asset
- Strong customer support skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Administrative experience, including handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Attention to details
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain files and records accurately
