One of our clients, a commercial General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with strong ICI (Industrial, Commercial & Institutional) construction experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Read and interpret architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings.
- Assist with project documentation, change orders, and site reporting.
- Support Project Managers and Estimators to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of ICI Site Supervisor experience.
- Previous experience with a commercial General Contractor required.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Health & Safety training required.
- Must have own transportation and cell phone.
- Ontario commercial construction experience required.
Pay: $22.00-$44.00 per hour
