Help Shape the Future of Employment and Recovery
STRIDE is seeking passionate community leaders to join our volunteer Board of Directors. As a Board Director, you will help guide an organization dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges in finding meaningful employment, building independence, and thriving within their communities.

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about our mission and interested in governance leadership. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:
- Governance and strategic planning
- Experience leveraging technologies, including AI
- Finance, Accounting or Human Resources
- Fundraising and community development
- Business leadership and entrepreneurship
Previous board experience is an asset but not required. We value diverse perspectives and welcome applicants at all stages of their leadership journey.

The Commitment:
● Two-year volunteer term
● Six Board meetings per year (held September - June)
● Committee participation and Annual General Meeting attendance
● Approximately 2–4 hours per month
● Meetings are a mix of in-person (at our Milton office) and virtual options
