We are looking for a working Crew Leader to run a small crew of 2 to 3 people.
You will be hands-on, keeping work on track, making sure the job is done right, and making sure nothing important gets left behind at the yard.

Lead a small crew of 2 to 3 team members on garden sites

Keep daily work organized and moving efficiently

Work alongside your crew maintaining garden beds and properties

Perform hands-on gardening tasks including:

Planting, weeding, edging, and mulching

Pruning shrubs and maintaining plant health
-
General upkeep of flower beds and landscaped areas
-
Keep sites looking clean, sharp, and well cared for
-
Operate equipment when needed, but focus on detailed garden work
-
Maintain tools and ensure everything is ready for the day

Help train crew members on proper techniques

Communicate any issues or concerns to Operations early
-
2 to 3 years of landscaping or gardening experience
-
Experience leading a small crew or ready to step into that role

Strong work ethic and ability to make decisions on the fly

Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a truck and trailer
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors all day
