We are currently seeking an experienced CPAP Clinician / Sleep Therapy Specialist to join our team at our Toronto and Mississauga locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients and helping them succeed with sleep apnea therapy.
A Typical Day in This Role
- Conduct CPAP setups for patients newly diagnosed with sleep apnea
- Provide mask fittings and troubleshoot comfort or therapy issues
- Review CPAP compliance reports and therapy data with patients
- Complete Ontario ADP documentation for CPAP funding approvals
- Provide follow-up consultations to improve therapy adherence
- Answer patient questions regarding CPAP therapy and sleep apnea
- Coordinate with sleep physicians, sleep labs, and referring clinics
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct CPAP consultations, therapy setups, and follow-up appointments
- Provide comprehensive CPAP education, including equipment setup, mask fitting, cleaning, and troubleshooting
- Review and interpret CPAP compliance reports and therapy data to assess treatment effectiveness
- Assist patients with selecting appropriate CPAP masks, machines, and accessories
- Complete and process Ontario ADP (Assistive Devices Program) forms accurately
- Provide clinical guidance and answer patient questions related to sleep apnea and CPAP therapy
- Monitor patient compliance and provide coaching to improve long-term therapy success
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records
- Coordinate care with sleep physicians, sleep labs, and healthcare providers
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting, mask refits, exchanges, and warranty support
- Follow up with patients regarding therapy progress and comfort
- Assist with general clinic operations and organization when needed
- Stay current with CPAP technology, software platforms, and sleep therapy best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CPAP Clinician required (2+ years preferred)
- Experience working in a sleep clinic or CPAP provider setting
- Strong understanding of sleep apnea and CPAP therapy management
- Experience completing Ontario ADP forms
- Ability to interpret CPAP compliance and therapy reports
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Additional Assets
- Willingness to travel between Toronto and Mississauga locations when needed
- Experience with ResMed AirView, Philips Care Orchestrator, or other CPAP compliance platforms
- Background in respiratory therapy, sleep medicine, or sleep clinic operations

Compensation & Benefits
- $29.00 – $30.00 per hour
